Women Who Wine at Macy's Dadeland 9.14.2016

On September 14, the Women Who Wine community gathered at Macy's Dadeland Home Store Culinary Kitchen.
Guests got a sneak preview of the South Beach Seafood Festival with a live cooking demonstration by Chef Eric Do of Toro Toro Miami who whipped up a taste of what he'll be presenting at the festival on October 21 and 22, 2016. Guests enjoyed welcome bites and dishes prepared by Chef: Ceviche Nikkei, Achiote BBQ Salmon, and Strawberries with a white balsamic creme fraiche.
With DJ sounds in the background, guests mingled and sipped on La Crema Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, and Benvolio Prosecco. Guests were treated to plantable seed wine tags compliments of Macy's and were entered in a raffle which included (congrats to the winners):
South Beach Seafood Festival weekend package: (2) tickets for Friday, October 21st Chef Showdown and (2) GA tickets for Saturday, October 22nd festival (includes open bar).
(2) VIP tickets to Macy’s Front Row Aventura Mall with TV host and fashion designer Giuliana Rancic Friday, September 16th 6-9 PM (featuring her wine).

For a sweet surprise at the end, guests were treated to a dessert station that included wine-infused desserts by The Sweethouse.
Special thanks to Macy's Dadeland, South Beach Seafood Festival, Toro Toro Miami and The Sweethouse. And of course, my hubby, Hector Garcia who always helps me with registration.
