Women Who Wine at Edukos Miami 10.25.2017
On October 25th, over 30 like-minded women and wine lovers gathered at Edukos Miami for an adventurous Venezuelan American-inspired food and wine event. Guests joined Chef Manuel Cabeza Buscarini for a Spring Roll class, while enjoying bites and wine-inspired cocktails throughout the night.
The wine inspired cocktails included:
Dear Mama Wine Cocktail: Inspired and in memory of my mom, the Dear Mama cocktail is made with sparkling wine, basil-infused mango juice and lemon and kiwi-infused simple syrup. Cocktail story and recipe here.

Blackberry Jam Merlot Wine Cocktail
The bites (all made from scratch) included:
- Cheese Tequenos
- Pulled Chicken Salad Arepitas with Avocado and Almonds
- Summer Roll
- Nutella Empanadas Dessert
It was a great night enjoying wine cocktails and yummy food in great company.
