Acts of Grace Project centers women at the heart of grace. Through women-centered consulting, storytelling, community projects, and advocacy, we aim to uplift women, reshape the policies that impact them, and shift cultural narratives so women are fully supported in families, workplaces, and society.
OUR STORY
Founded by Natalie Leon, mother, award-winning communicator and entrepreneur, and advocate for women, Acts of Grace Project was born from a life shaped by perseverance, purpose, and the profound transformation of becoming a mother to her daughter, Grace.
In 2021, Natalie welcomed her daughter amid the pandemic, experiencing firsthand the lack of meaningful support that far too many women and mothers face in America. During this chapter in her story, she transitioned into public service and began to see more clearly the gaps within our systems and the ways they often overlook the realities of women’s lives.
This awakening strengthened her awareness, deepened her faith, and called her to do more. Acts of Grace Project emerged as a platform to serve in truth, uplift women, reshape narratives and spaces, and cultivate compassion, one act of grace at a time.
WHAT WE DO
Consulting
At Acts of Grace Project, we partner with organizations and community leaders to create women-centered policies and spaces, moving beyond the superficial toward intentional, lasting change for women. We design communications strategies and help launch initiatives that place women at the center.
Natalie also provides communications and marketing consulting and mentorship for women, infused with spiritual guidance and leadership development. Through this work, women gain clarity, aligned direction, and practical tools to elevate their careers or grow businesses that honor both who they are and the sacred role of womanhood.
Storytelling
Through storytelling and interviews, Acts of Grace Project amplifies the voices of women from all walks of life. By sharing their stories, we empower women to serve in truth, compassion, and grace, inspiring shifts in society and its systems to honor and uplift women everywhere.
Community Projects
Acts of Grace Project advances community projects dedicated to uplifting women and the spaces they influence. When women are supported, workplaces transform, families thrive, and communities grow stronger.
