Acts of Grace Project empowers individuals and organizations to serve all in truth, compassion, and grace. Guided by faith and shaped by the purpose and perseverance of its Founder, Natalie Leon, we believe in the transformative power of truth, compassion, and grace to uplift individuals and strengthen communities.
OUR STORY
Founded by Natalie Leon, mother, award-winning communicator, and community advocate, Acts of Grace Project was born from a life shaped by perseverance and purpose. In 2021, Natalie welcomed her daughter, Grace, amid the pandemic and without the proper care that far too many mothers across America experience.
This season, marked by her transition into public service, revealed deeper truths about systems and society. It heightened her awareness of both her sensitivity and strength, deepened her faith, and awakened a calling to become a truth teller and catalyst for meaningful change. Natalie’s life journey became the inspiration for Acts of Grace Project, a nonprofit devoted to serving in truth, compassion, and grace.
WHAT WE DO
Consulting Services
We partner with organizations and community leaders to develop communications strategies rooted in truth, compassion, and grace. Through this work, we strengthen internal culture and create communications, engagement campaigns, and initiatives that inspire connection and meaningful impact from the inside out.
Grounded in Natalie’s experience, Acts of Grace Project recognizes that when organizations and community leaders become disconnected from truth, compassion, and grace, impact can become superficial rather than meaningful. This understanding shapes our consulting arm, which operates as an impact aligned social enterprise. Through this work, we encourage organizations and community leaders to lead with intention, deepen community engagement, and respond thoughtfully to the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
