Natalie Leon in childhood with her angel mom.
Founded by Natalie Leon, mother, award-winning communicator, truth teller, and catalyst for meaningful change, Acts of Grace Project was born from a life shaped by perseverance and purpose.
Natalie’s early life was marked by adversity. Losing her mother at the hands of her father at age 14, and growing up without a healthy family system, instilled in her a lifelong commitment to healing, storytelling, and uplifting others.
She built a meaningful career in communications, marketing, and community engagement, leading award-winning PR initiatives and community-centered projects, including NAT-PR, Wine With Nat, and Women Who Wine.

Natalie Leon with her daughter, Grace, in the early days of motherhood.
In 2021, Natalie welcomed her daughter, Grace, amid the pandemic, without the proper care that so many mothers in America experience. Motherhood became a moment of profound childhood healing, opening her eyes to the realities of motherhood in America and the absence of care, compassion, and connection within systems and society. This period of endurance inspired the creation of Acts of Grace Project, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering truth, compassion, and grace across homes, workplaces, and communities.
