Guiding Community Organizations and Leaders to Lead With Grace
Natalie Leon’s consulting is grounded in lived experience. After nearly 17 years in communications, marketing, and entrepreneurship, she transitioned into public service, where she witnessed firsthand the disconnects mission-driven organizations often face: outdated systems, reactive strategies, and the persistent undervaluing of intentional communications and engagement.
She saw how disconnection, inequities, and rigid processes subtly shape the quality of service delivery, extending their impact far beyond organizational walls.
These experiences inspired Natalie to return to consulting, supporting organizations and community leaders as they realign community strategies, reconnect with their mission, strengthen internal culture and communications, and rebuild trust and impact from the inside out.
At Acts of Grace Project, we believe that compassionate leadership, intentional communication, and authentic connection—both within organizations and with the communities they serve—form the foundation for sustainable impact and meaningful change.
